Are you due a tax refund?

Refunds vary according to personal circumstances but the sum returned from HMRC will average £1,000 – £3,000. We may also be able to request a refund for the two previous years, if you qualify.

You will need to meet the following criteria:

• You are a taxpayer
• You intend making your caravan available for letting to the public for over 50% of the time
  that the caravan site is open
• The caravan will be let at a commercial rent for a minimum of 105 days
