Refunds vary according to personal circumstances but the sum returned from HMRC will average £1,000 – £3,000. We may also be able to request a refund for the two previous years, if you qualify.
Eligibility criteria
You will need to meet the following criteria:
- You are a taxpayer
- You intend making your caravan available for letting to the public
- The caravan will be let at a commercial rent for a minimum of 105 days
